The Academy exists to help traders prepare before they buy, trade with more structure during an evaluation, and review their behaviour after every session. The goal is not hype. The goal is clearer decisions and fewer avoidable mistakes.
How to use it before a challenge
Start with the lessons on rules, drawdown, and position sizing. Those three topics shape almost every challenge outcome because they determine whether your process can survive normal losing streaks.
How to use it during a challenge
Pick one lesson that matches your current problem. If your issue is oversizing, revisit position sizing. If your issue is impatience, revisit the routine and discipline lessons. Keep the feedback loop simple.
What good progress looks like
Better challenge preparation usually looks boring from the outside: fewer trades, cleaner entries, stronger review notes, and fewer emotional decisions. That is exactly the point.
