1. Scope
This Rewards Policy governs eligibility, review, and payment conditions for rewards that may be paid to qualifying participants in FundedSmart simulated trading evaluations. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Rewards
Rewards are discretionary service-recognition payments. They are:
- Not guaranteed
- Not investment returns, profit share, dividends, or interest
- Not salary, wages, or employment income
- Not creating employment, partnership, or agency
Nothing in product marketing creates a vested right to rewards beyond this Policy and the Terms.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration, a participant must typically:
- Complete the required evaluation path for the selected plan (Instant, One Step, or Two Step) under published Rules
- Comply with all Rules and Terms throughout
- Keep the account in good standing
- Complete KYC and any other verification we request
- Not be in a jurisdiction where rewards are prohibited
We may deny rewards where, in our reasonable judgment, prohibited conduct, manipulation, or abuse has occurred.
4. Commercial Parameters
Specific reward parameters (including any illustrative share of eligible simulated profit, review windows, payout cycles, and minimum thresholds) are published on Pricing and /rewards for the relevant offer and account structure at the time of purchase or as otherwise communicated for that offer.
We may modify published parameters prospectively. Parameters applicable to an account are those communicated for that offer / structure. If a marketing page states a parameter that conflicts with this Policy or the offer schedule linked from this Policy, this Policy and the dated offer schedule control — and no parameter is a guarantee of payment.
5. Payout Conditions
Before any payout we may require:
- Identity verification (KYC)
- Fraud / compliance review of account activity
- Accurate payout destination details
Payout timing and method may vary by geography and provider. International transfer fees may be deducted where applicable. Currency generally follows the challenge currency (INR for Indian Markets at launch).
6. KYC and Timing
KYC may include government photo ID, proof of address, and additional documents. Payments may be delayed or withheld until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period (e.g. 90 days of eligibility notice) may result in forfeiture of pending rewards.
7. Forfeiture or Suspension
Rewards may be withheld, reduced, or cancelled for rule breach, prohibited activity, false information, account abuse, collusion, incomplete verification, or discovery of eligibility errors.
8. Tax Responsibility
Recipients are solely responsible for tax treatment and reporting. We do not provide tax advice and generally do not withhold taxes unless required by law.
9. Policy Changes
We may change, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme or this Policy at any time, subject to applicable law. No participant has a vested right to future rewards.
